EMPOLYEE EXCERCISE BENEFITS
At VirtaGym, we accept all the most common Finnish exercise benefit providers, including ePassi and Edenred. You can use your exercise benefits to activate a new membership or pay for upcoming monthly fees. Exercise benefits can also be used for gym programs and coaching services.
With your exercise benefit provider’s mobile app, you can make payments remotely, anytime and anywhere.
Paying for a Recurring Membership with Employee Benefits
You can use ePassi or Edenred to pay for upcoming membership periods after purchasing your membership. Payments can be made through the providers’ websites or mobile apps.
Processing employee benefit payments takes approximately 1–2 weeks, so please transfer your employee benefit balance at least two weeks before your next recurring card payment. If your card has already been charged, the credit will be applied to the payment for the following membership period.
Payments can only be made through mobile or online services. Physical vouchers are not accepted.
Please note that your membership must be active for your exercise benefit payment to be applied to future membership fees.
How to pay for your membership with exercise benefits
=PLEASE NOTE! The first month of a recurring membership must always be paid by credit or debit card.=
- Log in to your exercise benefit provider’s website or mobile app.
- Search for VirtaGym Muhos among the available places of use.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay. You can transfer enough balance to cover several monthly payments, in which case the balance will be automatically used for future membership payments until the balance runs out.
- We will receive an automatic confirmation of the payment and process it within 1–2 weeks. After processing, the transferred balance will automatically be applied to your next membership payment.
Paying for an Annual, Fixed-Term or Single-Visit Pass with Exercise Benefits
If you want to purchase an annual pass, fixed-term membership or single-visit pass, you can pay directly through our online store using ePassi.
If your exercise benefit balance does not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method, or transfer additional funds to your ePassi account so that the full amount is covered.
If you use Edenred, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the Edenred website or mobile app.
- Search for VirtaGym Muhos among the available places of use.
- Enter the amount you wish to pay and add a note specifying what the payment is for, or send us a separate message. This allows us to add the correct product to your account.
- We will receive an automatic confirmation of the payment and process it. You will receive a receipt by email once your exercise benefit payment has been processed.
